2023 Trailer Rate Schedule

We offer 25-50 full season trailer sites and monthly site rentals. (No Tents)

Seasonal fee includes:

Well Water

Sewer System

Hydro with 30 amp service

MPAC trailer fees

Visitor Fees

All deposits and payments are non refundable. Add HST to all fees.

We accept Email Money Transfers, Cash or Cheques.

Hydro, water, sewer, MPAC fees and visitor fee are all included!!

Trailer Sites Regular/Lakeview $ 4400.00

Trailer Sites Premium/Waterfront $ 5400.00

Additional appliances/air conditioners are $150.00 each per season

VISITORS - The number of visitors permitted is based upon how many people are on your site.

STORAGE

Boat trailer stored for the summer $125.00

Boat on trailer stored for winter $125.00

PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR SEASONAL SITES

1. Deposit for next season due last weekend in September $ 678.00.

2. Payment due February 15 $ 1356.00

3. Balance due in full May opening weekend

If payment is not made when due, your trailer site will become available to rent on a first come basis.
